Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking a few days ahead for weekday appointments, and one to two weeks ahead for weekends and Spa Packages to secure your preferred time. Same-day appointments are welcome subject to availability — simply contact Guest Services on 08 8110 4300 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Some other massage and remedial treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Please let us know that you are pregnant when making your booking so we can recommend the most appropriate treatment for your stage of pregnancy.
If you have any medical conditions, a high-risk pregnancy, or specific health concerns, we may request medical clearance from your doctor prior to your appointment.
I've never had an Ayurvedic treatment before — what should I expect?
That’s completely normal, and many of our guests are experiencing Ayurveda for the first time.
Each Ayurvedic treatment begins with a brief pre-treatment consultation, allowing your therapist to understand your needs, select the most suitable herbal oils, and explain the experience before it begins.
There is nothing special you need to do beforehand — simply arrive a little early, relax, and we will guide you through every step of your treatment.
What should I wear or bring?
Simply arrive as you are — robes, towels, and all treatment essentials are provided for your comfort.
For oil-based Ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga, and Ayurvedic spa packages we recommend wearing dark, loose-fitting clothing afterwards, as some herbal oils may leave a light residue on fabrics.
